About me:
I work with teenagers, young adults, couples, and families facing a wide variety of challenges. I have worked with teens and adults struggling with relationships, peer friendships, anxiety, depression, and grief. I work with families struggling with setting appropriate boundaries, healthy communication, and shared difficult experiences. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and healing space for the individuals, couples, and families who I work with to be their authentic selves.
My priority as a counselor is to see each person that I work with in all aspects of their individuality. We all have our unique story with experiences, challenges, talents, and relationships that have helped to mold us into who we are today. I approach counseling with this in mind as I tailor my treatment to meet each individual’s needs. Additionally, we will work together to set goals and create a plan for treatment that feels supportive to you. Whatever challenges you have been facing, I believe that together, we can help you find a way through.
Approaches I frequently draw from include EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, mindfulness, brainspotting, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing. I am available to work with individuals, couples, and families who reside in Colorado. Appointment are available in person in Mancos, CO, or via telehealth.
Please feel free to reach out to for a free 15-minute consultation to see if I will be a good fit for your therapeutic needs.

Outdoor Professionals and First Responders: I have experience working with first responders and outdoor professionals and understand the unique challenges these professions can bring. If you work in the outdoors, you can feel confident that I understand the lifestyle, am familiar with technical outdoor sports and terminology, and appreciate the passion, pride, and excitement that often come with this work. I recognize both the rewards and demands of these careers and strive to provide a space where you feel understood and supported.
Relational Trauma and Attachment Wounds: I am passionate about helping clients navigate relational and attachment trauma. I help clients better understand how trauma can shape their emotions, behaviors, and attachment patterns. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems, I work with you to address the root of the problem, reduce trauma triggers, strengthen positive self-beliefs, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationship patterns.
I believe we all have inherent strengths, even when we may not recognize them or know how to use them to their fullest potential. My goal is to help you identify and build on your natural strengths, develop greater confidence in yourself, and learn how to use those strengths to create meaningful change in your life.
My goal is to get to know you as the unique individual that you are and work together to help you start to feel better. I know that seeking help can be difficult. I want you to know that you are safe and welcome to come as you are. If you find yourself grappling with anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, grief, substance use, or relationship difficulties, I can help.
Interested in learning how to better deal with the challenges that life is sending your way? I can help you to learn to manage difficult emotions, increase your tolerance for discomfort, and learn practical skills to use in your every day life.
